A guide to editing your profile and settings on the Surge platform

⚙️ How to Edit Your Profile and Account Settings

Your Settings area is where you manage your personal details, billing, and connected integrations inside the Surge Platform. Follow these steps to update your information anytime.

1. Accessing Your Settings

  1. Log in to your Surge dashboard at platform usesurge.com.

  2. In the left navigation, click on the Settings tab.

  3. You’ll see three tabs:

    • Details - your personal information and company profile

    • Billing - your payment methods and subscription details

    • Integrations - tools connected to your account (coming soon)


2. Updating Your Personal Info

Under the Details tab:

  1. Review and update your profile fields:

    • First Name / Last Name

    • Email

    • Phone

    • Website URL

    • Company Name

    • Address & City

    • Years of Experience

    • Biography

  2. When finished, click the green Edit button → make your updates → then click Save.

💡 Tip: Your biography and contact details may appear on your public-facing profile or proposals, so be sure keep them professional and up to date.


3. Managing Billing & Subscription

Under the Billing tab you can view and edit your payment information and subscription details.

Payment Method

  1. Click Edit under Payment Method.

  2. Enter your Card Number, Expiration Date, CVV, and Billing Zip Code.

  3. Confirm your Email Receipt To address.

  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

Subscription

  • Your active plan (e.g., Pro Plan - $497/year) will display here.

  • You’ll see your renewal date and billing history below.

  • Click Edit if you need to change or upgrade your plan.

Billing History

  • Review your past invoices, payment dates, and status (“Paid” or “Pending”).

🧾 Need a receipt? You can download or request a copy by emailing [email protected] with your invoice number.


4. Integrations (Coming Soon)

The Integrations tab will soon allow you to connect third-party tools directly to Surge - including CRM, proposal, and reporting integrations.


5. Troubleshooting

If you experience issues updating your information or payments:

  • Double-check your email address and card details.

  • Try clearing your browser cache or switching devices.

  • If problems persist, contact [email protected] for help.
