Before You Begin
Step 1: Choose Your Track
Decide how you want to participate in Surge:
Scout - Refer qualified commercial leads and earn per-watt commissions.
Strategist - Present and close deals with full access to Surge tools and training.
Mentor - Lead a team of Strategists and oversee project execution (by invitation only).
Step 2: Confirm You Have a Sponsor
If someone referred you, use their personal join link. If not, you can join directly from usesurge.com.
Joining the Platform
Step 1: Visit usesurge.com
Go to usesurge.com and click Join in the main menu. Select your desired membership track: Scout or Strategist. Mentors are added by direct invitation from Surge leadership.
Step 2: Complete the Registration Form
Enter your basic information including name, email, phone number, and location.
Create a password and agree to the Independent Contractor Agreement and Policies & Procedures.
Step 3: Set Up Payment Details (Strategists Only)
Strategists pay the $497 annual membership fee during registration.
Payment can be completed securely using a debit or credit card.
Step 4: Confirm Your Account
After registering, check your email for a confirmation link from [email protected].
Click the link to activate your account and access your dashboard.
Initial Setup
Step 1: Log In
Use your email and password to log in at usesurge.com/login.
Step 2: Update Your Profile
Go to Settings and complete your personal and billing information so you can receive commissions.
Step 3: Attend Orientation
Attend the live monthly Orientation session (first Thursday of each month) to meet the team, learn about the platform, and get familiar with next steps.
After You Join
Once your account is active:
Scouts can immediately start submitting qualified project leads.
Strategists can begin working with Mentors to qualify, present, and close deals.
Mentors gain full dashboard access and can begin leading Strategists.
You’ll also start receiving platform updates, training links, and event invitations directly to your inbox.
