About the Orientation
The Orientation is a 60-75 minute onboarding session led by members of Surge’s leadership team. It’s designed to help new Scouts, Strategists, and Mentors understand how the platform works, what resources are available, and how to start engaging with the community immediately.

How to Access the Recording
You can find the latest recording of the live Orientation under:

If you do not see it listed, email [email protected] for direct access. Recordings are updated regularly, and each new version replaces the previous one to ensure members always have the most current information.
When to Attend Live
Live Orientations are hosted on the first Thursday of every month at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. New members are strongly encouraged to attend a live session at least once, even if they’ve already watched the recording - to meet leadership, ask questions, and connect with peers.
