Weekly Training Schedule and Calendar

Surge hosts three recurring live sessions each week to keep members aligned, trained, and supported. All times below are listed in Eastern Time and sessions are held via Zoom unless otherwise noted.

Weekly Schedule

Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. ET - Sales Training

Deep-dive skill development focused on prospecting, qualification, proposal delivery, objection handling, and closing mechanics. Designed for Strategists and Mentors, open to all members.

Thursday at 3:00 p.m. ET - Announcements, Guests, and Town Hall

Company updates, platform releases, policy changes, guest speakers, and open Q+A. Recommended for all members to stay current and connected.

Friday at 11:00 a.m. ET - Sales Coaching, Roleplay, and Q+A

Live coaching and interactive practice. Bring real deals for feedback, run roleplays, and get targeted guidance from leadership.

Access the links

Go to your dashboard and open Training & Events to find this week’s Zoom links and agendas.

Add to your calendar

Use the Add to Calendar buttons in each event to save the recurring sessions. Your calendar will handle time zone conversion automatically.

Arrive prepared

Have your questions, live deals, and recent proposals ready. Mute when not speaking, and use the chat to share links or context.


Recordings and Materials

Session replays

Recordings are posted in the Training Library within 24-48 hours. Check the recording title for date and topic.

Slides and templates

Download any shared slides, scripts, or worksheets from the Resources section attached to each training entry.


Attendance Guidance

Who should attend

All members are welcome. Strategists and Mentors are strongly encouraged to attend Tuesday and Friday sessions consistently, and all members should prioritize the Thursday town hall.

Expectations

Join on time, contribute respectfully, keep cameras on when possible, and protect client confidentiality when discussing deal specifics.
