Purpose
Weekly live trainings provide updates, expert insights, and hands-on guidance from Surge leadership.
You’ll learn about:
Project qualification and lead submission best practices
Platform updates and new features
Industry trends and technology insights
Compensation and advancement updates
Real-world deal reviews and Q&A sessions
Who Should Attend
All members are invited. Strategists and Mentors are expected to attend regularly to stay aligned with platform standards and performance goals.
Schedule
Training sessions are held every week on Tuesdays at 12pm Eastern, Thursday at 3pm Eastern, and Friday at 11am Eastern. Additional special sessions may be announced through the platform dashboard and Surge email updates.
How to Join
Step 1: Log in to Your Account
Go to usesurge.com and sign in to your member account.
Step 2: Find the Event Link
Click the Calendar tab or the Training tab on your sidebar. The most recent training link and calendar invite will always be posted there.
Step 3: Join the Live Session
Click the meeting link a few minutes before the start time to join. All sessions are hosted via Zoom or an equivalent video conferencing platform.
Step 4: Add to Your Calendar
To ensure you never miss a session, subscribe to our calendar of live calls via Google Calendar here:
After the Session
Step 1: Access the Recording
Recordings of past trainings are uploaded to the Training library within your dashboard. You can replay sessions anytime to review specific topics or catch up if you missed a live call.
Step 2: Review the Materials
Many sessions include downloadable slides, templates, or process updates.
Check the post-call summary or the Resources section of your dashboard for these materials.
Step 3: Apply What You Learn
Each training is designed to help you take immediate action - whether that means refining your pitch, improving your lead qualification, or streamlining your proposal process.
Troubleshooting
If you experience issues joining a call or accessing recordings:
Ensure you’re logged into your dashboard before opening the event link.
Check your internet connection and Zoom access permissions.
Contact [email protected] for help if the link doesn’t work or the recording isn’t visible after 24 hours.
