Our Onboarding Process

The onboarding process is designed to help you get oriented, connected, and earning quickly - while ensuring you understand the systems, standards, and opportunities available through the Surge platform.

Your First Week

Step 1: Welcome Email

Within 24 hours of joining, you’ll receive a welcome email from [email protected]. This email includes:

  • Links to your platform login and dashboard

  • Orientation call details

  • Contact information for your sponsor or mentor

  • Next-step resources and training links

Step 2: Log In and Explore

Log in at usesurge.com and familiarize yourself with your dashboard.
Explore the tabs for Leads, Projects, Training, and Resources.

Step 3: Attend Orientation

Join the live monthly Orientation session (first Thursday of each month). You’ll meet the Surge leadership team, learn how the platform works, and get clear next steps for submitting leads or managing projects.

Getting Connected

Step 1: Meet Your Sponsor or Mentor

Your sponsor or mentor will reach out to introduce themselves. They’re your first point of contact for questions and support as you begin using the platform.

Step 2: Join the Community Channels

Follow Surge on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and X to stay connected with updates, training, and announcements.

Step 3: Add Training Calls to Your Calendar

Weekly live training and update sessions are hosted for all members. Add them to your calendar so you can stay informed and keep growing your skills.

Your First 30 Days

Step 1: Complete Training

Go through the New Member Training materials available on your dashboard. This will help you understand how to qualify leads, submit projects, and communicate with partners.

Step 2: Submit Your First Opportunity

If you’re a Scout, submit your first qualified lead using the Lead Entry Portal.
If you’re a Strategist, coordinate with your Mentor to present and advance your first project.

Step 3: Review Policies and Compensation

Take time to read the Surge Policies & Procedures and the Compensation & Qualification Plan so you understand compliance standards and earning potential.

Long-Term Success

Step 1: Stay Consistent

Consistent activity leads to advancement. Set weekly goals for lead generation, project follow-ups, and outreach.

Step 2: Communicate Regularly

Stay in contact with your Mentor and the Surge team. Participate in group calls and check announcements in your dashboard for updates.

Step 3: Track Your Progress

Use your dashboard analytics to monitor project submissions, commissions, and performance milestones.
