Recruiting Bonuses and Performance Rewards

In addition to direct commissions earned through deal participation, Surge provides limited recruiting bonuses and periodic performance-based rewards that recognize contributors who help grow the platform and support successful project execution.

Overview

Unlike traditional multi-level compensation structures, Surge does not use long-term override trees. Instead, recruiting incentives are designed to reward activation and contribution — not passive sponsorship.


Recruiting Bonuses

Contributors who introduce productive new members to the Surge platform may receive 5% of the Sales Commission Pool on the recruit’s first two closed deals.

This incentive:

  • rewards onboarding strong contributors

  • encourages mentorship and early support

  • avoids long-term override structures that reduce deal economics

Recruiting bonuses apply only when:

  • the recruiter is an active contributor

  • the recruit becomes active within their first 12 months

  • activity requirements are met as defined in the Compensation Model


Performance-Based Bonuses

From time to time, Surge may introduce:

  • production milestone bonuses

  • conduit-specific incentive campaigns

  • strategic deployment initiatives

  • company-wide performance challenges

These programs vary based on company priorities and are announced through the dashboard and leadership updates.


Leadership Recognition

Surge also recognizes contributors through:

  • spotlight features

  • training invitations

  • advanced collaboration opportunities

  • leadership pathways (such as Mentor eligibility)

Leadership roles are based on contribution and participation — not hierarchy-based compensation structures.
